Psychology/Counseling Department
To guide every student as they pursue personal levels of excellence in all aspects of their lives, while they develop their full potential in mastering fundamental skills and gaining self-confidence.
Services are provided by the School Psychologist and School Counselor to support student’s academic social emotional development in collaboration with teachers and parents.
They include classroom observations, individual and group counseling and professional collaboration:
- Academic performance
- Family changes (moving, death, divorce, or separation)
- Stress/Crisis Management
- Classroom behavior
- Peer relations
- Motivation
- College planning
- Formal and Informal evaluations
- Test Preparation
- Teacher and Parent Support

Character Education Program ICARRE
The school integrates character education into the homeroom period in order to promote the exploration of personal values and encourage students to look at their behavior as part of the learning process. T he six core values consist of:
- Integrity
- Citizenship
- Acceptance
- Respect
- Responsibility
- Empathy
Community service is an essential part of this program as students are engaged in discussions about how to better serve the surrounding community. A recycling program is being implemented at the school.
